Coaching administrators is very different than coaching teachers in early care and education programs because administrators have far-reaching responsibilities beyond the classroom. When Jill first began coaching directors, she was given little direction on how to begin. Since that time, she has been designing training and developing resources for coaches who support directors. For coaches who have never been directors themselves or have not followed a framework for coaching, these trainings give them access to the measurement tools, resources, standards, and protocols designed specifically for this type of coaching.
